Ftp authentication in web app service

Hello,

I am trying to do the simulation lab in this link:

When I reach 4:50, I can't proceed further because it says 'FTP Authentication disabled'

FTP username: REDACTED

And then when I login to user scope, it gives 'fatal authentication error':

Also, each time I have to go and turn the SCM and FTP settings on in the configuration blade.

My storage name is: deploy2233

Kindly, please help as I am finding it hard to proceed further.
