To move outlook folder from local storage on the MAC to Exchange Cloud Storage

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

We are trying to move outlook folder from local storage on the MAC to Exchange Cloud Storage.

WE followed this method:

  • Export the Folder: In Outlook for Mac, go to File > Export. Select the items you want to export, including the folder you're trying to move1. Save the export file with a .olm extension.
  • Import to Exchange: Go to File > Import. Choose Outlook for Mac archive file (.olm) and locate the file you exported. Complete the import process.
  • Move the Folder: After the import, you should see a new folder called On My Computer Archive. You can then drag and drop the items from this folder to your Exchange account.

But When I attempt the first step in the instructions, I am unable to carry it out as Outlook File/Export is greyed out, see below and I am unable to change this.
