Microsoft Partner Center – Continuous Issues with Verification

Hello,
Since July 2024, I have been trying to pass the Employment Verification step within the Microsoft Partner Center as a Developer (ID@Xbox), but all my attempts have failed. My company is based outside the U.S., but we have all the necessary documents confirming our legitimacy. I have submitted everything that could serve as proof, including:
- D-U-N-S number
- WHOIS lookup records
- Domain purchase receipt
The latest ticket was under review for more than two weeks but ultimately resulted in another rejection.
Kindly ask you to help completing the vetting process within the Microsoft Partner Center.
