We cannot connect to our VM.

W cannot connect ot our demo environment, yesterday was everything OK. But today we cannot connect. The dashboard show that VM running, but we cant connect. Today we found that we need to change Basic SKU to Standard SKU, and add a Public IP, Yesterday we work with our environment and everything was OK, we preparing for presentation for customer on Monday.
