Can't access Account Admin that created Pay-as-you-go subscription so cant update billing info
Hi everyone! I am running into an irritating issue with billing update. We cant gain access to the user account that created a pay as you go subscription and due to this we cant update the payment method to pay a due invoice.
I have access to a account that has Owner access on this Subscription, and when I access Payment methods on that account I have an intermittent issue where I sometimes see an error that I am not Account Administrator, and other times I can see and edit the credit cards.
I have managed to add the new credit card, but I cant set the payment method to default. When I do this, it errors that an unknown error has occurred. I assume the reason for the error is that setting the payment method to default requires the Account Admin, which I can't get access to.
So I am a bit stuck and urgently want to settle the invoice to stop any service disruption.
The online wizard you follow on Azure ends up sending you back to a fix that doesn't apply as I dont have access to the Account Admin. I have read up on the transfer process, but it sends me back to change ownership on the account once I have logged on Account Admin, which I cant access.
Any suggestions on how I can contact a person to rectify this on the subscription?
