attachment size issue in Send an email(V2) activity in Azure logic app flow.

Hi All,
I am facing issue with the attachment size in send an email(v2) in Azure logic app flow.
Till yesterday(2/12), I used to send the same file with the same flow it never thrown error.
But now it is throwing error. Can anyone suggest how to overcome this issue and what is the reason behind it?

The "send an email(v2)" action in Azure Logic Apps does have a size limit for attachments, which is currently set to 1MB. This limit is influenced by the Outlook attachment limit, as mentioned in the https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/office365/#working-with-attachments. Certain triggers and actions have a parameter to control whether attachment content should be included in the response. This parameter only controls the attachment content, not the metadata (like Id, Name, Content Type, Size, and Is Inline), which would be included in the response regardless of the parameter value.
To overcome the attachment size limit, we suggest using alternative storage options. Instead of sending the file as an attachment, you can upload it to a cloud storage service like Azure Blob Storage or OneDrive and include a link to the file in the email. This approach allows you to bypass the size limit and ensures that your recipients can access the file without any issues.

As you suggested, I have done some workaround.
FYI, I have kept the file in Blob and tried of adding "Create SAS URI by path (V2)" into the flow for generating the URL and included in email body but still no luck. it is throwing this.
"error": "'Operation not supported with Microsoft Entra ID authentication, use Azure Storage Account name/key connection instead.' "Any suggestions or steps to implement this process for successfully incorporating the link into email body.

The error message indicates that the operation you're attempting is not supported with Microsoft Entra ID authentication and suggests using an Azure Storage Account name/key connection instead.
