How do I transfer my pay-as-you-go Azure DevOps subscription to another account?

I initially created my AzureDevOps pay-as-you-go subscription over 10 years ago. I plan to retire in the 2nd quarter of 2025 and I wish to transfer the subscription to another account member. I mention this because I want my account to remain since I will be providing consulting services after my retirement. I want to move the subscription and payment to another account who is designated as the owner and continue with my access.
The "other account member" is defined as the owner. I do not see how to transfer the current subscription to the other account.
