Hi @Felix F - Azure ,
Good days, thanks for posting in this forum.
To display Microsoft Syntex model usage analytics, ensure that your models are correctly applied to the document libraries and that files are being processed. If the "Model usage analytics" is not showing any performance data, it could indicate that the models are not processing files as expected.
Here are a few things to check:
- Model Application: Confirm that your models are applied to the correct document libraries. You can verify this in the model home page under the section that shows where the model is applied.
- File Processing: Ensure that files are being uploaded or edited in the libraries where the models are applied. The analytics will only show data if files are processed by the models.
- Automatic Classification Settings: Check the library settings to ensure that automatic classification and extraction are enabled. If you have set the library to process only new files, ensure that new files are being added.
- Processing Status: Look at the processing status of the files in the document library. If files are not being processed, you may need to investigate any errors or issues indicated in the processing status columns.
- Wait for the Data to Roll Up: If you recently published or updated your models, give it up to 48 hours for the usage analytics to reflect activity.
- Republish the Model: If the model appears to be processing files (metadata is extracted) but analytics still show 0 classified items after 48 hours, try republishing the model and reapplying it to the library.
- Review Logs and Feedback: If you continue to see no analytics data, check the Syntex model’s processing logs (if available).
Hope this can help.
