Cannot create support ticket (Contributor)

I cannot create support request even though I am a Contributor to the subscription and I am a Global Administrator for the account.

I can however, create the support request from Entra ID-> Troubleshooting+Support->New Support Request, but it does not list the service type that I want to request the support ticket for.

I have created support requests in the past as I can see them in the past support requests history.

What should I do to create a support request?
