Box account is not authenticating in Migration Manager

I am using Box Individual user plan and trying to authenticate to Migration Manager. However, after granting access, the Box account is not connected.

 

Can I know whether Box Individual, Box Personal Pro, and Box Starter Plans be used for Migration Manager?

    Box's individual plans (Box Individual, Box Personal Pro, and Box Starter) do not work with Microsoft Migration Manager. These plans are primarily for personal use and lack enterprise-level support and features, while Migration Manager is a tool for businesses and teams.

    Migration Manager requires a Box account with a business plan, such as Box Business or Box Enterprise, to provide full API access and integration capabilities. If you are trying to migrate with a personal account, you may encounter authentication failures or inability to connect.

    If you want to use Migration Manager for migration, it is recommended that you upgrade to Box Business or higher plans.
