Facing error in face api and gpt 4o in python flask

I am working on a app in a python flask app and want to use gpt 4o and face api at the same time but i am unable to. firstly i thougnt the issue is in code but and there was but that was fixed the i tried to check apis on postman but those or not working not the face api and nor the gpt 4o.
i even tried to create a new app like a chat bot to make using deepseek api provided by azure but dont work.
so kindly help to know why i am unable to use any of the api provided by azure. Currently we have microsoft sponsorship plan.
