Please try to download and run this troubleshooter tool.

Select the Uninstalling option, look for the old version of redistributable packages installed on your machine(Microsoft Visual C++ XXXX X64/X86 Debug Runtime – xx.xx.xxxxx | Microsoft Visual C++ XXXX X64/X86 Minimum Runtime – xx.xx.xxxxx | Microsoft Visual C++ XXXX X64/X86 Additional Runtime – xx.xx.xxxxx). Select them and uninstall them.

After that, download the Visual C++ Redistributable packages from here: Latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Version and install it manually.
