I have received a notice that I need to reduce data in my Outlook ost. How do I locate this?

    To locate your Outlook OST file, you can follow these steps:

    1. Outlook>File>Account Settings>Account Settings.
    2. In the Data Files tab, you'll see a list of all your data files. Look for the one with the .ost extension, click Open File Location and then it will be opened in File Explorer automatically.

    You may also create a new .ost file to avoid receiving the notification, follow these steps:

    1. Close Outlook, navigate to the OST file location>Rename the existing .ost file, and then restart Outlook.
    2. Go to File>Account Settings>Account Settings>select your email account>Change>Check the box for Use Cached Exchange Mode if it's not already checked>Click Next, then Finish.
    3. It will automatically create a new .ost file and start syncing your emails.
