authenticator is not accepting my email address

Hello. I have several 365 emails and I’m trying to login to my new phone, but I have to log into Authenticator first. But, Authenticator is saying that my email doesn’t exist. So, I can’t use it. And there is NO other way to get my emails onto my phone.
