    This is a memory-related error in SystemSettings.exe, which is a Windows system component. This generally occurs when there's a problem with system files or memory access.

    Open Command Prompt as administrator

    Type:

    sfc /scannow and press Enter

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and press Enter.

    Wait to complete the process and finally Reboot.
