One user gets logged out of office 365 session after an hour or so

We use Duo for MFA. One user is able to access O365 first thing in the morning using Edge browser. After an hour or so, he is logged out and prompted to re-authenticate through Duo. We do not reinforce Idle Session Timeout. Please advise, thanks in advance

Does the issue only happen with one user? Does the issue happen with other websites? Have you tried other browsers like Chrome and if they have the same issue?
Before the issue happened, did the user close Edge browser?
