Hello Nigel Duffin,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!
I understand that you want to export your old emails that are on your old account to the new one. Here are the steps to export your emails from the old account using the New Outlook:
- Open the New Outlook and go to the Settings (gear icon) in the upper right corner.
- In Settings, select General > Privacy and Data.
- Click on Export Mailboxes. This process may take up to 48 hours, and you will receive an email with a link to download your mailbox content
Since the New Outlook does not support importing .pst files yet, you can try to use the classic version of Outlook to import the exported emails:
- Open the classic version of Outlook.
- Go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
- Select Import from another program or file and click Next.
- Choose Outlook Data File (.pst) and click Next.
- Browse to the location of your exported .pst file, select it, and follow the prompts to complete the import process.
I hope the information is helpful!
Regards,
Gao
