Unable to Access Azure Portal & Leave Organization Due to Lost MFA for a B2C Tenant

Hi,
I have an issue with my Microsoft account related to a previous B2C tenant. Here's the situation:
- My primary account is ******@maincompany.com (from maincompany).
- A long time ago, I was added to companyB's B2C tenant as part of a PoC (proof of concept).
- This B2C tenant belonged to another company we worked with, but we no longer have any association with them, and no one has access to that tenant anymore.
- Recently, I changed my phone, and I no longer have the MFA for companyB's B2C tenant.
The Problem:
I can still sign in and access my maincompany services (email, etc.) without issues.
However, when I try to:
- Access the Azure Portal
- Leave the organization from https://myaccount.microsoft.com/organizations
→ It first prompts me for my maincompany MFA, which works fine.
→ Then, it asks me for a second MFA from companyB’s B2C tenant (which I don’t have anymore).
→ The "Sign in another way" option only shows MFA methods (see images).
What I Tried:
- I followed the steps in this previous post but had no success.
- I cannot create a ticket from the Azure Portal since I can't log in.
How can I remove this companyB B2C tenant from my account or bypass the MFA requirement to leave the organization? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
