    As I understand, you are experiencing an issue where the Data Explorer is disabled, preventing you from creating a table or adding an entity. There are a few common reasons why this might happen:

    • If RBAC is enforced on your Cosmos DB account, the Data Explorer in the Azure portal might not support it. You can use the dedicated Azure Cosmos DB Explorer instead.
    • Ensure that your device has the necessary network access. For accounts with selected network access, you might need to add a firewall rule to allow your current IP address.
    • The Data Explorer isn't available for certain APIs like PostgreSQL or vCore.
