How to cancel an unexpcted bill ?

Hello, I am a student I am asking on How to cancel unexpected bill because I frogot to turn off the VM I created under a free trial using my personal email for my university project ? I have added a valid bank card that has no credit in it at hat time i created teh subscription, but now the the transaction is getting declind and I am wondering how can I settle this and cancel the charges.

I am hoping for a real human being to answer me because I have been trying for hours to solve this all I get is bot answers that were no use to me at all!

Please create a new billing support request using my instructions below.

Use this link to start the process:

Fill out Summary, Problem type, Problem subtype, click Next. There will be a delay, then some recommended solutions will be shown. DO NOT CLICK on any of the recommended options shown.

In the upper left corner, click Return to support request

Click Next at bottom to move to Additional details tab, fill out required information, email/phone, etc., click Next, review details and submit case. After submitting you should receive an automated email within a few minutes and a support engineer should contact you within 1 business day.
