Does anyone know whats happened to the "Upload" feature for linked SharePoint/OneDrive folders on MOBILE browsers when using the "Copy Link" option (not "Share")

Issue: When sharing a link to someone using the "copy link" option with full edit permissions (so sign in not needed), users accessing the repository via a mobile browser (iPhone/Android) were previously able to "upload" to the folder - now there is no "upload" option, only the option to add a new folder?

Please note, this has worked historically, as we use QR codes for non-Microsoft users to simply upload images to these shared repositories - over the past week the "upload" feature has simply disappeared, impacting multiple Tenants (so not exclusive to one organisation).

Key points...

The same "copy link" link still works for users (not signed in) on a desktop, as able to use the drag and drop option without issue - so seems exclusively a problem for mobile browser users?

These links open the browser and not OneDrive - OneDrive is not useable in these scenarios.

Permissions are set to "can edit"

Global settings are set to users can share files using links that don’t require sign-in.

Links have not expired

To confirm, this issue is only present when viewing the "copy link" link through a mobile browser - desktop browsers still allow the drag and drop feature.

When we "share" access to a specific user or group, the upload button is available on web browsers - but we need non-organisation users to be able to upload from their phones, without the need to sign in.

Again, the is s new issue across multiple tenants - and has impacted solutions that previously worked without issue?

Any assistance, or information on what has change would be greatly appreciated...
