Hello,

my custom model in Azure Document Intelligence is stuck in state "running" and no actions might be performed with it. When I select it in the list of other models, all the action options are greyed out.

I would appreciate if there might be any recommendation how to delete it.

Thanks in advance!

    Hi Mariana Logvinenko

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum, thank you for posting your query here!

If your custom model in Azure Document Intelligence is stuck in the "running" state and you're unable to perform any actions, you might need to delete the deployment associated with that model first. As per the guidelines, any model deployment that remains inactive for over fifteen days will be automatically deleted. if you wish to delete it manually, you can do so from the Deployments pane in the Azure AI Foundry portal. The model gets stuck due to hitting the monthly training limit. You can check if you've reached the limit. If you need to delete the stuck model, you can use the REST API.

If the issue still persists, please create a support ticket.
