Tiles not updating on Dashboard

Question

I added one of my VPN connections as a tile on my dashboard - unfortunately the tile is not updating. I am wanted to understand how much traffic is flowing between a system in Azure to my premise network to establish a base line.

Connections Tile I added, please note Data In and Data Out:

Here is what I get when I go directly to the VPN Connections Link:

I have lowered the refresh times, clicked the three dots on the tile and refreshed the tile, cleared the browser cache, and opened Azure Portal in a private browser. Neither of these actions updated the tile in question.

Also note - below is the current status (as of this post) of the connection - again clicking on the VPN Connection Link:
