Misleading information in training module

I think there is a lack of mentioning per app scaling capability

    Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q & A forum.

    This module mainly covers scaling at the App Service Plan level and does not specifically address per-app scaling, which is available in the PremiumV2, PremiumV3, and IsolatedV2 tiers.Per-app scaling lets you assign different instance counts to individual apps within the same plan, offering more flexibility.
