I am a director Microsoft partner in the UK. I set up a new tenancy for one of our customers in December. I did all the config for the tenancy and configured 2FA on the admin account. 11 days ago I couldn't log in any more using the admin account. The account is still in my authenticator app but when to log in using the admin account it just bounces between three URL's and eventually times out. I opened a case with Microsoft 11 days ago and have made over 50 calls to the Chinese and Indian call centres trying to get them to fix whatever went wrong with the global admin 2FA. Nightmare, the AI doesn't work, tech support is fielded by a call centre full of baboons and when I finally got through to the 'data protection' team, the operative had no idea what she was doing. What happened to Microsoft's technical support? It is very broken. So now I am locked out of the domain, we have had to cancel the job with the customer who is not happy and have no way of getting back in. Meanwhile, we are being charged for the domain and no-one at Microsoft (even if you can get past the terrible AI) has a clue how to fix this. Has anyone experienced this or know of a way to bypass this? There are no other global admin accounts in the tenancy and I did enable SMS authentication but cant get that option. HELP Please
