How to get to the code in in the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device​

This is the result of increasing the memory of my laptop last night.

I have gone through the signing in via my personal and business accounts. changed password on both but it is asking me to "Enter the code displayed in the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device​".

I have downloaded the app which is asking for teh same code which I don't have.

I am currently only able to get to the password stage on both account, have lost my business email account access, am unable to set business email in Outlook beavuse of said code and finally have lost all info about my Microft account 365 which I paid last May (2024). No history is available when signing into my profile even though I have paid yearly for the last two years.

after spending the last 30 minutes being given teh run around with sending codes and resigning in endlessly, the code I need is the only one I can't see.

So how can I access that code having downloaded the two apps?

How can I access my account info?

my two emails are ******@gmail.com and ******@mindfulreset.co.uk (the second one being my business email) both emails are linked.
