Hi @Karim A
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform! Thank you for asking your question here.
Please follow the below steps.
1.Investigate if the source machine experienced any unexpected shutdowns or crashes.
If so, this might have contributed to the replica inconsistency
2.Verify the Path Exists Check if the reported missing path (?\Volume{b20ff587-0000-0000-0000-100000000000}\ATTACHMENTS\XX_attachments_private\employees_files) actually exists on the protected server (AZUR-1.domaine.com).If the folder has been deleted or renamed; this could be why the consistency check fails
3.Ensure that there is stable network connectivity between the MABS server and the protected servers.
Network issues can interrupt the synchronization process and lead to inconsistencies
4.Restart the DPMRA (Data Protection Manager Remote Agent) service on the protected server and the MABS server.
This can sometimes resolve temporary glitches that might be causing the inconsistency.
5.Re-run the Consistency Check In the DPM Console, go to Protection > Right-click the affected datasource > Click Perform Consistency Check.
6.If the consistency check does not resolve the issue, you may need to resynchronize the replica.
7.In the MABS console, go to Protection.
Right-click the inconsistent workload and select Resynchronize.
Follow the prompts to complete the resynchronization process.
8.Logs are located in the following directories to check Exact Error details
MABS Logs: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Azure Backup Server\DPM\DPM\Temp
