How to find vulnerability that was not previously reported to Microsoft.

when I try to learn the bug bounty program in Microsoft,

"Identify a vulnerability that was not previously reported to Microsoft."

How to find or where to find already submitted vulnerability issues.

if we come to know, then same issue we will not submit again. Please share the link.
