Azure VPN client 3.3.0 for Linux is nowhere to be found

This page lists version 3.3.0 as the newest available release of the Azure VPN client for linux: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/vpn-gateway/azure-vpn-client-versions#azure-vpn-client---linux. But I can't find such a package in any repo of any distro. If that's the latest version, where can it be found? I don't care about the package being supported, just about finding it.
