I cannot enter my school profile in Microsoft 365

Hello I have a problem with Microsoft authenticator. I have a school account of Microsoft 365 which I cannot Access. I used to do it through authenticator but my previous phone broke down and i cannot access it anymore. And now everytime i try to log in it asks me for authenticator code. Even when i try to add this existing account into the authenticator on my new phone it only gives me the option do to it through the code number of the previous authenticator. There are no other options available. I need this account só i can access my team meetings for school. The school account is ******@formandos.cinel.pt Thank you.
