We cannot assign you a free Microsoft Fabric trial capacity due to an error

Hi, I need help with switching my workspace to use trial license, it's currently greyed out although my tenant is already on a free trial and it shows 57 days left. Also when I click on start Fabric Trial Capacity I get the below error.. How can I solve this issue?

Make sure you have not already used the same email id to create a trial account. Also for faster resolution please raise fabric/pbi related issues in https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/ which is dedicatedly for the issues related to both.
