How do I reduce disk size on virtual Windows client

I used default when setting up Windows Virtual Machine and now i cannot reduce disk size which is WAY to big.. what are my options to reduce costs?? Can i move my client to another with less disc?

    To decrease the disk size of your Windows Virtual Machine, you generally can't directly shrink the OS disk. Instead, you can set up a new virtual machine with a smaller disk and transfer your data to it. Additionally, choosing a smaller disk size can help reduce costs.
