We are currently running a fully operational, Azure native intelligently automated system solution with a Power BI dashboard that delivers real-time intelligence by processing unstructured & OSINT data into structured, actionable insights. Our solution is built entirely within the Microsoft ecosystem, leveraging Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Synapse Analytics, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph API, etc. to ensure scalability, automation, and security.

Our goal is to get our solution listed on the Azure Marketplace, as we understand that doing so can enhance our exposure and possibly improve our Engagement Score, helping us maintain our Microsoft for Startups partnership as we work towards bolstering our early revenue streams.

However despite completing all items on the Verification Checklist required for unlocking our next tier of credits, we are struggling to figure out the Azure marketplace listing process. We have encountered several roadblocks and hope to get this figured out prior to applying for the next Microsoft for startups credit upgrade.

Given that our solution is already integrated within the Azure ecosystem, we believe that achieving marketplace certification is critical to further validating our system and driving customer acquisition.

Our question for the community & Microsoft experts:

Is there a clear step-by-step guide or support pathway for startups like ours that have completed verification but are facing difficulties in initializing the listing process?
