Is there a way to generate a query or report in SCCM that lists installed software by user?

    For clarity, Are you talking about User installed software verse Device installed? e.g. Appdata installed SW?

    We can use the "Windows apps installed to the specified user" report displays all Windows apps installed for a specified user.

    Additionally, we can use the "Users that recently used a specified executable program" report to see which users have interacted with specific software.
