microsoft azure (bing search API subscription fee repayment inquiry)

Question

I am using the bing search API subscription on Microsoft azure.

I tried to pay this month's automatic payment with another card, but the payment was already made with the registered card.

Is it possible to refund the cost and repay with another card?

For customized support with your problem, you can contact customer support in your country or region. To get targeted assistance, please submit a subscription ticket to our support team. You can create a (free) support request with the Azure subscription support team by selecting Subscription Management as the issue type.
