Why Outlook app on iphone can not sync with Outlook

I just set up the Outlook app (with an email of outlook.com) on my iPhone and tried to sync with an .ost file on my pc. I set up the Outlook .ost file by importing from an iCalendar file. Since at the first time I did not set it as "Full Detail", the Outlook calendar on my pc and on the Outlook app (iPhone) is full of "Busy" calendar items (this means the sync is working). But I do not know how to delete them. So at the second time, I imported to a new calendar named "My Calendar" under "Other Calendars" to the .ost file on the pc. The calendar appears all right on the pc's Outlook but just can not sync to the Outlook app on iPhone. A easy way seems to delete the old calendar and sync again but I do not know how to do it. So I need help on this problem. Thanks.
