Issues Encountered During Visual Studio Tools Installation

I am facing significant challenges while installing Visual Studio Tools. Below is the issue log:

dd_vsta_setup_(var.MajorVersion)_20250207210900.log

I have tried various solutions, including adjusting permissions and conducting other operations, but none have resolved the issue. The installation remains impossible due to this error. Any assistance in resolving this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Could you please share the download link of the product you installed? 

From the logs, I found the following error message:

Package (vsta_hostingcore_x86) failed: Error Message Id: 1304 ErrorMessage: Error 1304.Error writing to file: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Tools.Applications.Common.dll.  Verify that you have access to that directory. 

Please check that you have full permissions to the location:

C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\{11A9EF3E-6616-31B1-82BC-1080366FA34D}v14.0.23829\packages\vsta_hostingcore_x86\vsta_hostingcore_x86.msi 

If you have any anti-virus software or permission management software, please temporarily disable it. 

Besides, you can check for the Windows Update and manually run the vsta_hostingcore_x86.msi as administrator.
