How can we move the taskbar to the vertical left position

I want to position the taskbar to the vertical left position, like on every other windows platform or even other software. why is this no longer an option, please? If it is, kindly indicate how this is possible in windows 11. thanks

Windows 11 currently does not have the option to move the taskbar to the top, left, or right of the screen. The taskbar and start menu were completely redesigned from Windows 10, and they do not have the same features and abilities as Windows 10.
