Retrieving Coupon Value from Ads for Social Impact

Question

Hi - I'm trying to use the API to retrieve coupons that are being applied automatically by the Ads for Social Impact program. I've tried to use the SearchCoupons service to retrieve them, but unfortunately, it seems like the Customer IDs I have access to are not the Owner Customer that minted these coupons initially, so the response is empty.

Is there a way to figure out the appropriate Owner Customer ID I can use to retrieve my list of coupons?
