Azure Credits Expiring in March – Assistance Needed

Question

Our Azure credits are set to expire in March 2025, and we are currently in the middle of our product development phase. While we have completed all required tasks, the expiration of these credits will cause significant challenges, as we have not yet reached revenue generation.

Would it be possible to extend our credits for another year to ensure smooth operations? Any guidance or support on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To extend your Azure credits, you will need to progress to the next level in the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub program. Advancing to a higher-level grants access to additional credits and extends the time available to use them.

If your current Azure credit offer is $5,000 or less and you have completed all the required tasks in your verification checklist, you can submit a request for additional credits through the Founders Hub.

For accounts with an Azure credit offer of $25,000 or more, Microsoft will review your account approximately 45 days before your credits expire. If approved, you will automatically receive additional credits and an extension in the program.
