If so, you may contact university your Office 365 admin. (i.e. contact the person who gave you your Microsoft 365 user account and password for further assistance).

I got a new phone for Christmas and sold my old phone. I am trying to access my university online portal but it requires a code on the authenticator app, however I can't get one. It's easier to explain over the phone, but I'm basically stuck in that constant loop in this app and not sure how to resolve it. I can't access my old phone so I can't delete the app.
Please help me!
