    Hi Milan Pandey ,

Thank You for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Even though the Ubuntu 24.04 LTS is generally available, but it is not yet officially supported by Azure Site Recovery (ASR). https://azure.microsoft.com/en-in/updates?id=generally-available-ubuntu-2404-lts-for-azure-virtual-machines

As per Update Rollup 76, ASR has added support for other Ubuntu versions including 22.04 to 18.04 distros.

As of February 2025, there's no confirmed timeline from Microsoft for Azure Site Recovery (ASR) to support Ubuntu 24.04 LTS.

The Azure Site Recovery service is updated and improved on an ongoing basis. Please check the below documentation regularly for updates. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/site-recovery/site-recovery-whats-new#supported-updates
