If no response, look for contact details on their Azure Marketplace listing.
Log in and see if a manual configuration option is available.
If login fails, try setting up via their Azure Marketplace integration.
If you can't reach EZDRM support, raise a support request with Microsoft:
Go to Azure Portal → Help + Support → Create a Support Request.
Select SaaS Subscription Issue and provide details about the broken setup link.
If the issue continues, cancel the EZDRM subscription and resubscribe to see if a new, working configuration link is generated.
