Invalidpath when trying to access Teams Admin Portal

Any time I try to access the Teams Admin Portal, it starts accessing the portal, but then the URL changes to "invalidpath" and I just get a spinning gear for the portal access.
I've tried 3 different machines, 2 browsers (Edge and Chrome), clearing cache and cookies, disabling extensions with no luck.
Is there anything else to try? Our tenant admin says that he can access when I trying to log in as me. I've tried allowing Teams.exe through firewall as some random last ditch effort. The only thing I haven't looked into is the IPS settings of my main firewall, but if I start deleting rules, I create exposure that I've spent great time closing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Since your tenant admin can access the portal when logging in as you, and you've already ruled out browser cache, profiles, and even local firewall rules for Teams.exe, here are a few additional avenues to try:
- Test on a different network:
• If possible, try connecting with a different network (e.g., a mobile hotspot) to see if the same issue occurs. If the portal loads correctly on another network, that points toward your organization’s network (or firewall/IPS) interfering with the connection.
- Check any VPN or proxy settings:
• Even if not actively using a VPN, some corporate environments route traffic through a proxy. Confirm that there aren’t any policies or proxy configurations rewriting or blocking the connection.
• Temporarily disable any VPN/proxy (if allowed) to see if that makes a difference.
- Investigate the firewall’s IPS rules:
• Since you mentioned the IPS settings haven’t been checked yet, it’s possible that a rule there is interfering with the Teams Admin Portal requests. Instead of disabling multiple IPS rules, try temporarily turning off the IPS feature (if that’s feasible and approved for a short test) and see if the portal loads correctly.
• If it does, work with your network/security team to identify which IPS rule might be misinterpreting the admin portal’s traffic. There may be a need to create an exception for admin.teams.microsoft.com or related endpoints

2025-02-09T00:34:22.2933333+00:00 I've gone one step further. I used a completely virgin machine, using my cell phone as a hotspot to access the site. This bypassed all our IPS settings and blocked blacklist IPs incoming and outgoing.
I received the exact same page with the exact same URL and the exact same endlessly spinning gear.
So I think I've ruled out an issue on my internal network.
