Enterprise app is skipping user when provisioning

I have a user that will not update details in Slack. Her last name was changed and might have something to do with it. I tried this guide as it worked last time with a different user but not with this user -

Restart and re-evaluate all user matches

Purpose of guide - This guide describes how to use the Microsoft Graph API and the Microsoft Graph API explorer to re-initialize a provisioning job, in a way that clears the Azure AD metadata tables, clears all process escrows, watermarks, quarantine status and triggers a new initial sync that causes the service to re-evaluate all source users that should be matched with the target system users.

    Look at the user resource's attribute mappings for Entra -> Slack. Whatever the Entra (source) attribute is configured as in the mappings, that attribute's value is not populated for the failing user(s) in Entra.
