I have added 2 custom site content types to the "Site Pages" built-in library , as follow:-

Now when i add a new site page >> and i want to assign it to a custom content type, i can not find any option inside the "Page details" tab, as follow:-

here is the "Page details" tab:-

the only option i find to create a modern page from a custom content type >> is to do it from the library list view as follow:-

so is there a way to change the Content Type from the "Page details" tab?

thanks

    Hi @john john Pter

Good days, thanks for posting in this forum.

Currently, there is no option to change the content type of a modern site page directly from the "Page details" tab. The ability to assign a custom content type to a new page is typically done from the library list view, as you have noted.
