Private Azure Account linked to old work-directory (no access to organization)

Please help me, I do not have any clue how to fix this anymore.

I have a private Azure account and a private Microsoft account on the same email. In my Microsoft teams apps, it says I am connected to an ORG that I don't have the permission to. This ORG is apparently an old directory on Azure, that I have linked with my private Azure account, but it belongs to a place I used to work (or maybe it was a students-account).

In my Azure account on my private email, this ORG is indeed listet as my current (and only directory). I cannot find out how to leave it (or how to even delete my Azure account) as I have no access to any Organization. What is one to do in such case??

UPDATE:

I have found my "Tenant" due to "License-based subscriptions"? I however can't find any. I also cannot delete my Organization, because it is not linked to any subscription. I don't even have a subscription.

Notes:

  • In the Teams app, I cannot turn this account off or delete it.
  • In my Microsoft account settings, I cannot even see the ORG-connection anywhere
