Active Directory Domain User Profile Issue.

Question

Dear Windows Support,

Good day! May we seek some advice regarding Active Directory Domain User. please see below inquiries.

1. User A login to a domain member workstation, but user B name appears in the windows upon login.
2. Upon login in the web application, we are using active directory authentication. after login User A it is show up in the web application the current User A and hostname of the Workstation A. eventually, we login again in the same machine using User A credentials. authenticate successfully but it shows up in the application the Current User which is User B with the Workstation B hostname.

Are those above items were related to Active Directory? Can you give us idea on what and where to check at to fix the issue?
