How to draw the path as imaged attached

Need to draw the path as shown in the image in .NET Maui, it was implemented in Xamarin forms while converting to MAUI path are not creating same as Xamarin forms used same coordinates to create the path, please help us to create the path. It was designed as inside content page has content view the content view was designed using relative layout inside that relative layout the ellipse and path are defined as shown in the image Screenshot_20250122_105753.jpg. Please help us to create the path

Maui provides two APIs for drawing Path, one is GraphicsView and the other is Shapes. The API for drawing with Shapes maintains the same implementation as Xamarin. You can find that by comparing the Xamarin.forms Paths documentation, their documentation contents are almost exactly the same.

Yeah, I have referred the links that you have shared and implemented the same, Path is not draw as needed using same coordinates as Xamarin forms, can you please provide the details of the coordinates by seeing the image attached.

According to Maui's documentation, there is no mention of changes or updates to the coordinate system compared to Xamarin.forms. Therefore, for this issue, it is more recommended that you publish it to Maui's official repository so that our development team can be aware of it.

According to Maui's Layout Changes document, RelativeLayout has been deprecated. For element stacking on the Maui platform, it is recommended that you use Grid or AbsoluteLayout to implement this function.

Use of RelativeLayout is not recommended in .NET MAUI. Instead, use a Grid wherever possible. If you absolutely require a RelativeLayout, it can be found in the Microsoft.Maui.Controls.Compatibility namespace:

We need to use absolute layout instead of relative layout?

It worked when I changed the relative layout to absolute layout. Now the path is visible as it shows in Xamarin forms. Thanks for your support and time you spent to check the issue.

I have another doubt is about material icon for some material icon that I used in Xamarin forms, but not showing the icon with color that I used for text color.

Hello,

Since the same code works as expected in Xamarin.Forms and the Maui documentation does not mention changes to coordinates and RelativeLayout, this is an unexpected behavior. In this case, it is recommended that you report it to the Maui official code repository to make our development team aware of it.

For element stacking in Maui, it is recommended that you use Grid or AbsoluteLayout because they are supported during the life cycle of Maui, that is, they will be updated with fixes and new features.
