I understand that I have 3 options, but I'm still confused what I actually need for my use case. My use case: I want to create agents that can interact with teams, sharepoint, outlook, etc for a corporate having hundreds of employees (users). So I need to be able to create the agents, and integrate them into other Microsoft apps that the corporate is already using. Here're my questions:

  1. As I understand it, The Microsoft 365 Copilot $30.00 offer also allows access to Microsoft Copilot Studio. So, if I have a team of 7 AI developers who will be creating chatbots, I need to multiple that cost by 7?
  2. If I only go for the Microsoft Copilot studio offer without the whole The Microsoft 365 Copilot $30.00 mentioned above, what's then? Only one AI developer can use the studio? How about the ability to integrate with other apps?

Thanks for making the time to look at my questions.

    @Tung Nguyen Xuan -

    1. Yes, that's correct. If you choose the Microsoft 365 Copilot plan at $30.00 per user per month, and you have a team of 7 AI developers, you will need to multiply the cost by 7. This means your total monthly cost would be $210.00.

    This plan includes access to Microsoft Copilot Studio, allowing your developers to create and integrate chatbots across various Microsoft apps like Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.

    1. If you opt for the standalone Microsoft Copilot Studio without the full Microsoft 365 Copilot plan, here are the details:

    Standalone Microsoft Copilot Studio
